How humans now relate is unsustainable.
There is much discussion about how unsustainable it seems our use of natural resources is but there doesn’t seem to be much discussion about how unsustainable our collective ways of trying to live together are.
Hopefully, soon, as more and more of us come to live in peace with ourself, this discussion will become more widespread …
and then there will come a time when a father will tell his daughter about how humans used to live and the daughter will look at her father in amazement and ask, “Why Daddy? Why were they so afraid? How could they not know that there is nothing to be afraid of?”
And the father will look at his daughter, shake his head and say, “I know. But they just didn’t know. They just didn’t know.”
It is all very simple. Instead of seeing things imagined, learn to see them as they are. When you can see everything as it is, you will also see yourself as you are. It is like cleansing a mirror. The same mirror that shows you the world as it is, will also show you your own face."
