It’s easy to look out into the world and see that war and physical violence are not the truth but for some it’s not so easy to look within and see that conflict and emotional violence are not the truth.
Some believe that to know peace within others must first be at peace but this belief ignores the fact that they are asking others to live at a level of understanding that they themselves are not yet living. The root of all violence, regardless of whether it is physical or emotional violence, external or internal conflict, is the same.
We must discover the truth within for peace to be expressed. Demanding world peace from the top down will never work but realizing peace and then moving from that does.
The discovery of peace, our natural state, allows the already natural harmony to unfold within and without.
This is how peace on earth unfolds – as each one of us discovers peace and then moves from that rather than from fear.
