Most people on a spiritual path don’t feel that life will ever get to a point that it is free of challenges – but do feel that challenges will no longer confuse them out of what they know to be true. When we have some glimpse of Wholeness – this ‘All is Well’ sense of life – it's very helpful to then see challenges as opportunities to find out if Peace is fleeting or ever present. Not to assume either way but to directly find out in the moment. Is Peace, our true nature, based on certain conditions (my body being healthy or my loved one being sensitive) or is Peace actually unconditional (present regardless of any condition)? This we can’t fully discover by only sitting on a meditation cushion. We can only discover if Peace is unconditional in the midst of all kinds of conditions such as an illness or a loved one’s insensitivity. May all those reading this who are on a spiritual path not waste this challenge we are now collectively facing but fully open to it gifts. Just as the sunflowers' inclination is to turn toward the Sun
regardless of what is happening around or within it, may our intention for Truth hold steady no matter what is happening. Comments are closed.
